He didn't even care that we were staring at him! I'm assuming it was a janitorial crew, but they must have been smoking it for a while since it had been 30 minutes since we first smelled it!
It made me wonder if it's a regular occurrence and they just figure nobody who lives nearby is awake, but the smell was certainly strong!

such a big deal about someone smoking a joint! i'm wondering whatcha needed/wanted at walmart or if ya were just bored!
