Are most people getting their carts to go over the 20 mph

OP, to honestly answer your legimate question---YES--- from my observation I would be willing to bet that most in TV have a golf cart that will exceed the legal speed of 20 mph. When you think about it logically, most carts are capable of going faster than 20 mph so logically many folks go faster than 20 mph.

As one who has been a resident of TV for the last eight years, it appears to me that there are more folks going faster than 20mph than in previous years. I don't have an answer for the speed of golf carts any more than the speed of cars on Interstate 75. You drive the speed limit on I 75 and most every car and truck passes you. Maybe a sign of the times, no?

Something to think about----if most people are ignoring the law----could it be a bad law? It seems to me you enforce the speed limit but it seems a "bad law"/unfair law" to ticket someone just because his/her cart can/could/capable of going more than 20mph. These carts we are driving are "way passed" what a golf cart was designed for anyway! Happy carting.
