You can get a range of answers, depending on what TV plan you have with DirecTV.

This is the "package" that I have, Comcast for phone and internet, with "platinum" DirecTV service (but none of the expensive sports packages). Total monthly cost is $310.98

As an aside, I know there are less expensive options. But none that have the level of quality and customer service provided by the Comcast-DirecTV combination. I get 25 Mbps speed on my standard Comcast internet service; about 50 Mbps is available for an additional fee. The Comcast phone service is not perceptibly different from Embarq, but is less expensive. To me, DirecTV is the best. Their channel lineups are great and their 24-7 phone customer service is right there with Apple and Canon as the "gold standard", as far as I'm concerned.

I've had neighbors try the Embarq bundle--is it Prism?--and about half of them have cancelled the service within months. I've been told that Prism gives top level service only in those houses where both the outside wiring back to the switch as well as the in-house wiring is fiber-optic. Short of that, the service does not perform up to the Comcast-DirecTV bundle. I don't know anyone who has services from Brighthouse.
