Even if over 10, people need to make sure they don't delay play for others. When our son was first learning my husband would drive from the T and then drop a ball near his for my son to hit having him try to match dad. pick up ball and then drop again near dads. This worked to keep it moving while allowing him to get a feel for the game. Just an idea.
