They will all do it, it's a natural instinct , and yes he will if given the chance...but I don't let him ever lick my face.. If you own a dog you just have to know they will do it.
I guess we would also like to think the special dogs here don't lick themselves clean too but that is also not true..
It is a totally natural thing for dogs to do as noted in this link and that is why they do it. Pigs do it naturally and chickens love it, dogs sometimes prefer it to dog food as mentioned too;

This activity is just a natural thing for dogs but we need to remember this when others are not happy about having other people's dogs in their face and at their tables. I don't take my dog to restaurants or the squares (YET) as he would likely like to have a couple of the smaller dogs for his dinner.
