Default Great Rental Experience
My wife and I (we live in Florida) have been thinking about moving here for some time. We have made 5 trips here in all, this one to make the final tweaks (not twerks) as to location, exposure direction, homesite, view etc. We rented a beautiful home on the "prairie" in Caroline for 10 days. It's hard to express the accumulation of heretofore unknown nuances about purchasing a new home when you actually get to live in one very similar to what you thought you wanted before actually doing it. I highly recommend this experience to anyone making that big decision. A BIG thank you to Vicki Joy at Down Home Property Mgt. for translating our verbal desires for a rental experience into reality. Things couldn't have been any more perfect and the level of service was up and beyond.
