Her old tire is on a rim, wow tell how much some of read close in posts!!!! Most are right unless you have done this or have watched and aided someone changing tires AND RIMS out. Best to let Some one else do it.

BUT, If you have jack and break the lug nuts loose before you raise the tire (providing you know where to place the jack and have the parking brake on), DON"T get under it (I can't see how or why you would do That) matter of removing the nuts, lifting the old tires & RIMS off (GC tires not that heavy, WAY lighter than car tires) lifting the new tires & RIM up and aligning the holes, putting the nuts on snugging them down, remove the jack go to the other wheel side (front or back don't make difference).

Now tighten up the lug nuts on the tire that you just changed with weight of the cart will not let the tire spin while you are tighten the nuts (how tight as tight as they was when you got them off or as tight as you can get them, unless you have torque wrench which torque would be around 60 foot pounds or so depending on the thread size of the nuts). Do that three more times and your done (after you checked all the lug nuts again ensuring you didn't miss wheel). I would still take it some where as suggested if you not mechanical skilled.
