Hooray, problem solved! We ended up flushing the lines, too.
We had a Culligan system and it worked well until the resin tank went belly up. Had an exchange unit for 32 years in CA....loved it. The Nova filtration system we now have is great....we're enjoying clear, good tasting water.
Glad your company is working to rectify the situation.
