I'm not talking about moving cars stopping to let golf carts through. It's about cars who are stopped and waiting to enter the roundabout. They have two choices, they can stop where the circled car is stopped, or they can stop in the golf cart crossing and clog up cart traffic. Some do the courteous thing, most don't.
DISCLAIMER: My observation is not based on sitting at the intersection for hours and conducting a scientific study (which is apparently a requirement before posting anything on TOTV). It is based on using that roundabout 3x per day for 2 months and observing approximately 75% of cars blocking the cart crossing. This post is entirely for entertainment purposes and readers are welcomed to pick said post apart and dissect it like an unlucky frog in the 9th grade science lab.
