I would strongly urge that you try the brand out before buying. This is how I owned so many before I bought this one. They each vibrate differently. As lightworker pointed out, some are VERY jarring, others don't have much vibration at all.
My first was a cheap "butterfly" that didn't last very long. The second was a machine that had weights attached. I didn't try it so I didn't realize it only ran for 1 minute at a time and hardly had any vibration to it.
The third vibrated too hard... Just about knocked the filling out of my teeth.
I finally figured they aren't all made the same and started standing on them. FINALLY found one that I LOVE! I wouldn't buy another one without standing on it first!
A have a girlfriend who has one she loves and doesn't work for me. they all vibrate differently!
