It is more specific than simply Club Car versus EZGO.
Based on your post we know you are looking at the EZGO RXV with AC drive. Never had one, never had any new cart, but once EZGO worked out some issues in 2009/10, sounds like a great cart.
What is the club car? DS? Precedent? How many batteries? Any interesting upgrades, i.e., motor/controller?
Do you mind losing some speed going up hill? I personally do not mind enough to buy a new EZGO, but if you might, you need to feel that Club car on a road like Odell between Morse and Morse. Some pretty steep hills as you go through Mallory and Amelia.
IMO, the warranty is a bit over rated. It would be more important to me to get the cart that felt great even if it dd not have a warranty.
