Just wondering how much over 20MPH were you traveling Kentucky? If you were going 21 maybe 22 then I think the officer would not have pulled you over. If you were really zooming along down Morse, over 25 MPH, then I think you were well beyond officer discretion and were pulled over. Regular golf carts are not equipped to safely transport occupants at high speeds. The brakes, suspension and lack of seat belts put you and others sharing the roadway at a grave risk. The officer did you a favor by preventing a future injury to you or others so that they can enjoy their retirement in this beautiful community.
