For people who don't like taking supplements: If you're eating a healthy diet that includes lots of fresh fruit and lots of dark leafy greens you're probably getting everything you need.
Most dark leafy greens like turnip greens, collard greens etc. contain Lutein and Zeaxanthins. And many fruits and vegetables contain Bilberry.
