What really sold us is they have a golf cart purchased from The Villages Golf Cart store that in their showroom to clearly explain the difference between his enclosure and modifications. I have been in sales most of my career - he never once bashed the competition, but he did point out the facts. It was a no brainer for us. I did pause for a second when he assumed my husband's name would go on the driver's side of the cart. He quickly caught his error and we had a good laugh.
