We closed on our Sunflower the first week in July. We bought the lot 209-85 on Amherst, last October. We were waiting until we sold our house and dropped enough hints for the last of our kids to finally leave the nest. We met with the designers near the end of April and it is unbelievable how they were able to give us our closing date 75 days out.
FYI - Hannah is the one who spearheaded the community garage sale last weekend.

So Rich . . . . . have you read all 458 pages of posts on this thread? If you had read it before you designed you might not have ended up here. We are glad you are though.
