My biggest problem with most sub shops is the heavy use of oregano and other spices in their oil and vinegar dressings, so I really like the fact that Mike's puts the spices on separately from the dressing, which allows me to skip it entirely. All in all a good experience at Jersey Mike's.

Publix separates the oil and vinegar and spices. Oil and vinegar are in one bottle and the oregano and other spices are separate and the slices of meat are pretty thick. And Publix is closer to home.
