I hope Jersey Mike's doesn't change a thing. They are the best subs I've had since 1969 when I made subs at my cousin's sub shop, 'Billy's Famous Subs' on the boardwalk Ocean City, Maryland.
I don't understand why someone would want a thick amount of meat. The way JM's feathers the meat rather than layering it on thick is one of the reasons I've been there five times since they've opened. If you think JM's needs to pile on more meat, then maybe it's time to push away from the table.
