We had a terrible time with 48 hr blinds, was not a pleasant experience at all. They were called two weeks before we came down to close on the house, Rick came out and measured while the construction guys were there. I called and called, finally got an answer from a young guy who came to measure a second time, we also were only going to be there until a certain time (which 48 hr knew) and FINALLY after numerous messages and desperate pleas we did get our blinds installed the day before we left. It was ridiculous even the installer guy said it's crazy that no one returns calls or even answers the phone in the office @ 48 hr. Love the blinds, price was reasonable but the stress and worry were not worth it. Again, the blinds were wonderful but the customer service needs to improve. I told them in one of the final messages that if they were too busy to handle our order they should have told us that up front.
