Call me a Hater if you must -- but -- I love human beings not necessarily canines and would love to not have them sniffing at my feet in social settings -- keep the pets at home or on long nature walks -- not everyone is thrilled to see them.

HUH? Don't know where you work, but are you really suggesting that total strangers show up at NICU and "canoodle"?
