If you put yourself in the manager's seat whose livelihood is tied to the success or failure of his business and your choice was to allow dogs and all the potential health issues in addition to liability situations that can evolve with having pets in eating areas or not allow them at all, your only logical decision would be to ban the pets..I'm sure there are more people who prefer to dine without pets being near them than those who prefer to take them with them..Excuse the run on sentence above..
