I feel your pain, Major.

Tri-County Lawn Service (the one in Bellview). They have mowed our yard for well over a year. The mowing guys tell us what a good price and great job they will give us for some landscape work, but we have to talk to the owner. We have tried to do so for over a year. We actually had an appointment made about a year ago and he called at the 30 minute late mark to reschedule. He was then a no-show for that appointment. We have left several messages over the year for someone to call us.....doesn't happen.

Bailey Industries kitchen remodeling. Got a mock up for a remodeled kitchen from them almost 2 years ago. We weren't ready at that time, so I called them about 2 months ago...we're ready now. They sent out a guy who said he couldn't do what I wanted, but would work up what he could do.....haven't heard from him since. I called and talked to someone else and requested a price on the "original" plan from last year.....that was about a month ago....not a word from him since.

Stone Creations. You may have seen my other post regarding trying to get a call back. they called 4 days ago to reschedule our job for the 4th time. I told them that date didn't work for me. The sales rep was supposed to call me to discuss it. Over the last 4 days I have called their office everyday, but no call back from the rep.

Had a plumber come out because we thought we had a leak in the wall. Turns out we didn't, but there was some drywall damage and baseboard damage. The plumber told us he would have a "great guy" call us. That was 3-4 weeks ago. I called the plumber back and left a message reminding him about us and also asking for the great guy's number, so I could call him myself. No call from the great guy and no call from the plumber.

We tried to get everything done before "season" because we figured it would be tough to get trades people scheduled during the busy months. So far, we have gotten NOTHING done.
