Rollie I happen to agree with GG. Its not about the golf carts Its about the in your face fact that we can escape certain costs and still have the same Lifestyle experiences.
The Developer is right in preventing this sort of abuse because of the aforementioned . How does a sales person address that question "why should I pay $XXX when I can have the same things living down the street and paying $XXX
I wish he could build an entire wall around entirely around The Village. On the other hand I understand agree and welcome anyone to the public squares and if it were not done would encourage it
Frankly the golf cart thing is not important to me. I only use my golf cart for golf and often walk the executive courses and when I do I drive my car over to the course. but the "free mentality thing"does concern me because of the issue of abuse. where does it stop. This isn't a little matter this is a basis for gradual but continuing abuse that can and will affect quality of life here...if I can drive the cart paths why can't I use the executive courses, the swimming pools, the ..........................it is the way some people think
If I can wear casual clothes to work why can't I wear sandals and cut off jeans what's the diff mentality
