I think the thing that confuses me about these "wall" discussions is that any carts that might enter at the "berlin wall" would use PUBLIC streets to get to the bridge, and then public streets to move around the SS area. When they decided to go to LSL, they would be on a private multi-modal trail from the gate on Morse @466, to the roundabout at LSL. I really don't see that as a major wear and tear problem. Sounds like the only issue might be from a marketing point of view, with outside developments selling "access" to TV amenities. The large Provident assisted living complex @ 466A & powell Rd is selling the same way, telling prospective renters that they will provide transportation to "Villages Amenities" ( I personally experienced this when investigating the project as a possible home for my mother).
