I figured being it was on a main highway, it might just be available to all, but was not certain.
Not to mention that the age limit was 18 years old and up, with TV being an age restricted community.........some attendees of the L.L.C. must come from outside the "campus" as some call TV, meaning all the myriad of surrounding towns and 55+ communities, not just Stonecrest.

After living in TV for 8 yrs, we decided that for our desires in our lives, (right now) it was more advantageous to buy just outside TV in a 55+community that's very similar to TV, but also just a few miles away to still do the things we did while living in TV. We are very happy & believe we made the right decision by moving to Del Webb. I drive less miles NOW to TV than when I lived in TV to the same stores I used then. (I still use my golf cart golfing at Del Webb like I did in TV, I never did use the golf cart much going shopping, dining, etc., so I could care less about that concern. ( it's no big deal) I always was more concerned to be in an air-condioned car & getting to my destination quicker than driving in a hot,slow golf cart. My 8 yr. old house (on the golf course) that we bought in D.W. would cost me probably 550,000 in TV. I bought it for way under 250,000. a few mos. ago, to me it's a no-brainer, just sayin..... :-) We have many clubs, a huge community bldg., 3 big pools, a real nice fully equipped fitness ctr.( that's included in the amenity fee) w/a indoor exercise pool and spa, complete w/trainers, Massage Therapists, fitness classes, dance classes, yoga,etc,etc. When you come down to the area you should really ck it out)
