It's how my husband has felt all along..........re the prices and what you get for them. It sounds as if you have the best of all worlds.......
Is your Del Webb the one near Tampa or the one in Summerfield, Florida?
I'm not sure if Spruce Creek is a Del Webb community? I know that Stonecrest is built by Armstrong Homes.......
My husband's cousin lives in Spring Hill north of Tampa but below Brooksville, Florida...........not sure if that is a Del Webb.
