Is your Del Webb the one near Tampa or the one in Summerfield, Florida?
I'm not sure if Spruce Creek is a Del Webb community? I know that Stonecrest is built by Armstrong Homes.......
My husband's cousin lives in Spring Hill north of Tampa but below Brooksville, Florida...........not sure if that is a Del Webb.

I live in Spruce Creek/Del Webb in Summerfield, it was built by Del Webb, although there are houses also built by Pulte and another builder (I don't know the name) I did look at Del Webb in Tampa in 2004 but we did not like the location.
