I have been gluten free now for about 6 months and feel so much better (I have crohns disease) If you have an I phone, there are many apps to download that will help you find GF in resturants as well as GF choices at fast food resturants. Around town, I eat at Olive Garden, Bamboo Bistro, Bob Evans, Cane Garden (as for the gluten free menu) and call and ask before you go to a new place if they have gluten free selections. Most resturants will accomodate you. I make a lot of my meals at home because I love to cook and you can google recipes that are gluten free. When I read ingredients on the food labels, if it's too hard to pronounce the name, it doesn't belong in my body. If all else fails, eat meat fish or chicken with veggies when dining out. It's very simple to stay gluten free. And you get used to it. Plus I lost about 20 pounds once I stopped eating wheat products. PM me if you would like any more suggestions or have questions.
