Default Stonecrest advertising
Agree with Rubicon. When we were exploring retirement places in Central FL we noticed that many advertised that they were "close to The Villages." We wanted to be IN The Villages...not just close to The Villages. Stonecrest is going to have to change their advertising and delete the part about "golf cart" access to The Villages. If someone wants golf cart access to The Villages then they are going to have to buy in The Villages. Surprised that the developer has not shut down outside golf cart access well before this. They are in this to sell property/homes and make money and not friends. The residents outside of The Villages end up dealing with the results of the decisions.
