I believe public roads within The Villages in Marion county were built the same as as Sumter and Lake Counties. The only roads built by TV are the roads within the villa communities, which is the same thoughout TV. Public roads are just that, public roads. That is why we cannot have a true "gated" community and have to allow access to anyone... the fact that the roads were built with public funds and not the developer's funds. We cannot exclude the public.
