I called for information nearly a month ago. After that I waited about two weeks and called again. The second person I talked to said she would send it out in case the first one was not sent. So, that's two separate orders and I'm still waiting.
Perhaps I should call again on Monday and ask to talk to a manager.
I don't know if they insure dogs, but this plan is definitely going to the dogs!
