Russ, I cannot come up with any logic to having the speed bumps at entrance of tunnel. Someone obviously thought it was a good idea, but the reason is not obvious to me...
That tunnel is the closet I have come to an accident golf carting. A person came out of the tunnel without stopping and then stopped in middle of path
. I was already half way down hill as he exited tunnel. I do not know how I did not T-bone him, but skidding, I slid behind him into tunnel. At that point, I do not know how I did not hit far side of tunnel wall after missing him. Some one was watching out for me (AND HIM) that day.
