Dog owners have the right to take their pets in public. Kids of all ages are free to visit and use the squares. Neighbors of TV have the right to come and visit us (and, yes, I think they should be allowed to come in their golf carts and use our paths) and shop in our stores and enjoy the music at the squares. It has always been that way here and I, for one, sincerely hope it stays that way!

The last time I looked, we are talking about a place for the public to use and with that, we will see differences (thank goodness!) in who and how we interact.
A person's area of control is in their own home where they can "set the rules." Should you invite me into your home, when I come in I will respect your rules, or I can choose to not visit.
