We've had CenturyLink for 3 years. It was a struggle at the beginning because of our distance from the repeaters. In the past year they have upgraded their service significantly. We just had a freezing problem the other night, called tech support to chat with them. They had a technician here today - He replaced all our internal equipment at no charge, fixed a minor problem with one line that they had found. Everything is working better than ever.
Best of all, I've managed to keep the same low rate $85.00 a month for internet and HD TV with a DVR which is what they quoted me 3 years ago. When the rates go up every 9 months, I call and complain - they lower my rate back to what I paid originally... So, we are more than satisfied. We don't have a land line phone - it's just internet and TV...
