Cars going to the shopping just need to go down to the lights take a left and go down one light for the Colony shopping center. This is truly an amazing place so keep it simple.
You are far from the first to suggest this, but we don't make the rules unfortunately. It is a piece of bad road engineering in a place which usually does a pretty good job of it. Go figure!
