Random thoughts:
1. Mean people stink.
2, I don't let anyone rent space in my head.
3. Life it too short to be little.
4. Mean people may not feel well and just try to make some people as miserable as they are.
5. Don't seat the sweat stuff, it's all same stuff.

I wouldn't let anyone ruin my day.

I wouldn't let my boss from he** get the best of me, in that I considered a badge of honor to be able to take his cruel methods, and laugh them off. Talk about he**ish working conditions but then, I would have to catch myself to remember he was totally ignorant of computer technology and was totally over his head in his ability to manage people.

I'm sure your DIL will get a better job that suits her abilities and finds nice people to work with.
