Default Purchasing a home
Hi Everyone!

I am looking forward to making the trip from New York to Florida's Friendliest Hometown in September to purchase. I would be grateful for any advice. New vs. Resale? Location? CBS vs Vinyl siding? Would love to hear about your own experience in purchasing so I can be as informed as possible.
