Florida Blue has two Medical Advantage plans..

One HMO the other PPO.. both are more user friendly than just the United Heathcare Medical Advantage HMO and PPO that is being offered by 'the villages.

I am meeting with an agent I know and trust that is with BlueCross and BlueShield..he is in Leesburg..Ken Laws is his name. He is very good..not pushy.'

I suggest to anyone who is shopping around..to just look at your options.'

TheVillages Healthcare. which Is UNITED HEALTHCARE .mandates YOU to use their doctors..and if you do the HMO..you can't go out of network..unless you pay..and if you have a lot of money..thats fine. Many don't.

Just choose wisely and what is right for you. Don't just think of a 'doctors visit' and that's its close by and you are saving a few bucks.

Think of your life. Wellness is great and their UHC plan is awesome for it..but if you have health issues...... choose wisely. Look what is best for you.

Think if you have to go to Shands..Moffitt MAYO...Villages United Healthcare does NOT have those Places IN NETWORK.. here in our own backyard..Moffitt CA Center doesn't take UHC..the Villages HMO..PPO..you can go for a big fee.

Be well and just look what is best for you.
