I have also been reading all the posts for awhile. But I decided to post this after reading yours. We have been up twice and LOVED every minute. We are from south fl. My original plan was to buy in five yrs but after experiencing TV, we decided to come quicker. I love reading all the posts. What wonderful people with such good advice about everything. Its so funny because I go online everyday to the village site and realtor sites and look at all the houses for sale. Boy they sure sell quick.
