Default Mail and boxes?
I have seen the mailboxes but how do you pick up boxes that are mailed or UPS? I want to send some boxes down to get there when I am there for closing but don't know where they will be!

Also how often do you have pest control come? Thanks! This board has been so helpful to all the newbies!
