With the media and mislead medical 'experts' over the years scaring us from eating meat, the U.S. is rampant with B12 deficiency. A serious problem. I was told by my dr that I had the problem so I started eating meat. Pot roast, steak, pork etc.
Watch the perfect human diet on Netflix. It changed my life. I'm eating meat four nights a week and fish the other nights and all my blood work is improving quickly. Also lost about 20Lbs after years of trying. All by eating MEAT and greens and plenty of it.
