If you are here in The Villages, how about just stopping by there sometime and asking them directly. Talk to whoever takes care of the insurance there. That might save a lot of misinformation and speculation.
If you aren't here, you might Google them and then give them a call.
Personally, I hate HMO's. I like to have the freedom to pick and choose and not have to jump through the "Mother may I?" hoops. That's why I am staying with my PPO plan which I love.
Just suggestions.
This might be a good question to bring up at one of their enrollment seminars, too.
