Barney from C&S climbed up on the roof for a visual inspection. Having found defective tiles he took pictures of them and emailed them to Owens Corning. Needed our claim number from OC when doing this.

During our process we originally received a letter from OC indicating something similar, but in further pursuit the letter turned out to be an error. Here are the fully reimbursed cost for our 12/2007 Gardenia:
New Shingling Labor + Material Cost: $4451.50
Solar Panel Removal + Reinstating Cost: 520.00
Total Cost: ........................................$4971.00
