Anyone from Spruce Creek on TOTV?

Since I haven't settled on where I want to live, I am interested in hearing your opinion on your lifestyle.

Having heard from Village and Stonecrest residents here on TOTV, I was wondering what your take on how you enjoy being in Spruce Creek.

Seems to be a lot of discourse among and between Stonecrest and Village residents.

Are Spruce Creek residents happy or just not interested in entering the fray on TOTV?

If you are out there I'd like to hear from you.
