I wouldn't waste my time with the Malware program mentioned in a previous post. I downloaded it and ran it for a couple of months and it didn't find anything. The reason was that Windows Security Essentials had already taken care of any Malware, etc. I deleted it.
If you do the above two downloads you should see a marked improvement in your performance. Windows Security Essentials will run automatically and in the background. I run CCleaner every couple of days. It only takes a few seconds.

Agree except Malware is very good so try it.
