I have a 2010 par car street legal so i drive at about 27 mph and i also avg. over 25 miles a day or about 7500 miles per year....I had my 3rd set of batteries put in 9mos. ago and just needed to have 2 replaced under warranty by battery boys. In the 9mos time i had 250 hours or abour 6300 miles on this set. I realize being a street legal that i use more power because of higher speed....what you have to look at is if you travel your 25miles a day and only figure 300 days a year that is 7500 miles.....now figure that at a gas cart getting 40 mpg that would be about 185 gallons of gas at say $3.30 a gal. = $610.00 a year. The first time I had to replace my batteries I was also very upsset after only 14 mos. but after figuring mileage and cost it's about the same.
