We looked at an Aspen and about 30 others. We also looked at the location, ability add to the back or side for screened patio or birdcage,
and orientation.
We had a great realtor Alicia Ford who found the best house for us based on what we liked. It was not an Aspen ,but an Elm. We have been in it for 4 months and love the open similar to the Aspen. Good luck in your search.
