Police just had a press conference and said Zimmerman pointed a shotgun at his present girlfriend. She managed to get outside and called police. When the police arrived Zimmerman was barricaded inside the apartment, but police were able to enter and arrest him. Zimmerman has been charged with assault, battery and criminal mischief, according to deputies. He was taken to the Seminole County jail.
