Again, arthritic pain seems worse with cold weather, falling barometer, dampness, rain of course and snow of course, which go with the falling or low barometer.

November is usually great weather in TV with pleasant temps.

For me, another thing about the cold weather, my skin would get dryer, and I would have to take Claritin, (doctor recommended), to prevent myself from stratching, as I would get very itchy, (not bitchy).
I would only get bitchy, about not being in TV.
