Roy, 401 U.S. 265 (1971)). "Speech on public issues occupies the ‘highest rung of the hierarchy of First Amendment values’ and is entitled to special protection." (Connick v. Myers, 461 U.S. 138 (1983)
I certainly enjoy not having people banging on my door, but there are legitimate questions when it comes to political campaigns.
