The areas that are being "blitzed" with construction (currently Pinellas and Collier) are simply covered with trash and the flotsam and jetsam of hundreds of workers. I live on a corner lot in Pinellas and I'm amazed at the amount of trash for all endeavors that accumulates in my yard on a single workday. I used to pick it up but soon realized that it would all reappear tomorrow. Now, some blows in, some blows out, the total stays about the same. And now let me tell you about the workers and drivers who think my yard is an extension of the roadway...............
